● Spectrometer is used to inspect chemical compositions for both raw materials and products, where each chemical composition must fit strictly within the required percentage.

● Mechanical properties are strictly controlled and inspected in accordance with requested norms.

● Simulations are the first run to ensure success of products prior to pouring.

● Specialized heat treatment for steel castings including annealing, tempering, normalizing, quenching, and quenching accompanied tempering, that re-crystallize and guarantee the mechanical properties of our products.

● All castings undergo both destructive and non-destructive examinations during sampling and randomly during manufacturing process. Non-destructive inspection includes dye penetration test, ultrasonic inspection, magnetic inspection.

● X-ray examination can also be implemented upon requests in case of internal defect, fracture,to ensure strong integrity.

● Dimensional inspection is 100% fulfilled during sampling and regularly during production.
